At Trustec Motors, quality control is integrated into every stage of production—from incoming materials and process inspection to final testing and shipment approval.

We operate under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and apply standardized procedures, traceable records and continuous improvement methods to ensure consistent motor performance and long-term reliability.

1. Incoming Quality Control

Raw materials and purchased components are inspected before entering production, including:

• Silicon steel laminations
• Copper wire
• Bearings
• Shafts and end shields
• Electronic components
• Insulation materials

2. In-Process Inspection

Key production parameters are monitored throughout winding, assembly and testing processes.

Critical inspections include:

• Winding resistance
• Insulation and wiring
• Rotor and shaft assembly
• Bearing installation
• Air gap and mechanical dimensions
• Workmanship inspection

3. Performance Testing

Each motor is tested according to defined specifications before shipment.

Testing may include:

• Voltage and current
• Input and output power
• Speed and rotation direction
• Torque and efficiency
• Noise and vibration
• Insulation resistance
• Dielectric strength
• Temperature rise

4. Final Inspection

Before packing, finished products are checked for:

• Electrical performance
• Appearance and labeling
• Lead wire and connector accuracy
• Shaft dimensions
• Packaging requirements
• Customer-specific specifications

5. Traceability & Improvement

Production and inspection records are maintained for traceability. Quality issues are analyzed through corrective and preventive actions to support continuous improvement.
